Group Guide Training Programme
The Group Guide Training Programme is a rare and exciting opportunity for young people, especially students, to gain an invaluable set of skills and a recognised qualification while working in the most fun of environments. With very few hours of classroom based learning, the vast majority of the training is work based, where you will join few of our trips as a trainee Group Guide, travelling the world over. Once graduated, you can choose to either continue into our Group Leader training programme, or start working as a Group Guide. Our training programme is recognised and funded by Train to Gain, the government agency in charge of work-based learning.

Group Leader Training Programme
About the programme – the Group Leader Training programme is an outstanding opportunity for someone wishing to further advance their travel, tourism, or management studies. Normally open to graduates of out Group Guide Training Programme, this opportunity enables you to further you studies in a hands on experience you’ll never be able to enact in the classroom. As a paid post, you’ll be given an incredible opportunity and a responsibility to manage a group of young people while abroad. It will suit natural born managers who wish to undergo some of the best training available in the most fun of environments. The programme is fully funded and sponsored by Train to Gain, the government agency in charge of work based learning.
